Operating procedures for laser cutting machines

2017/3/17 1:23:19 Click:

1、 Safety regulations:

The laser cutting machine must operate under safe and reliable conditions, and the safety regulations are as follows:

1. Laser has adverse effects on the human body. During operation, weak parts of the body, such as eyes and exposed skin, should be protected. It is not advisable to look directly at the laser during cutting with your eyes.

During the operation, no part of the human body should be within the running track of the crossbeam to avoid injury.

During operation, do not open the circuit control cabinet of the laser, body, or chiller to prevent the harm of high voltage electricity to human health.

4. The laser cutting machine must be powered off before maintenance and can only be powered on for inspection after the maintenance is completed.

5. There should be no flammable materials or ignition sources near the gas cylinder stacking point.

2、 Operation sequence

The operation must be carried out in the following order:

1. Main power supply. Check if the power supply voltage and three-phase balance meet the power requirements of the machine.

2. Start the chiller. Check if the water temperature and pressure are working properly.

3. Turn on compressed air and check if the air pressure is normal.

4. Check nitrogen/oxygen, and check if the high and low pressure of the gas cylinder are normal; If the high pressure is below 0.6Mpa, the gas cylinder needs to be replaced.

5. Start the laser.

6. Power on the control system. Return the machine to zero and put it in standby mode.

7. Enter the workpiece processing program.

8. Turn on the auxiliary gas and adjust the air pressure according to the different processing materials. The gas electric converter for auxiliary gas should be adjusted in an appropriate position to ensure that cutting stops when the air pressure drops below a certain value, ensuring the safety of the focusing lens.

9. Loading. Be careful when loading and unloading materials to ensure personal safety and avoid damaging the machine.

10. Start the program for processing. During the machining process, attention should be paid to the cutting situation at all times. If there are any cutting heads passing through cavities, the machine should be stopped immediately to eliminate the fault factors before continuing cutting.

11. Shutdown. The shutdown sequence is as follows:

A. Turn off the laser.

B. Turn off the chiller.

C. Turn off nitrogen and oxygen; Pay attention to closing tightly to prevent air leakage.

D. Turn off the compressed air (air pump).

E. Turn off the power to the control system.

12. Clean up the site and record the operation of the day; If a malfunction occurs, it must be recorded in detail for diagnosis and repair.

3: Machine maintenance:

(1) Remove stains and dirt at any time to maintain a clean appearance of the machine.

(2) Timely remove waste materials from the cutting box.

(3) Timely clean the debris on the filter screen of the exhaust outlet to ensure smooth ventilation pipes.

(4) Regularly check the reflector and focusing mirror to keep them clean.
